POLICIES

EMERGENCY CLOSURES - In the event of a closure, participants will be notified by email/phone. Notification will also be shared to social media.

PAYMENT - Due on the 1st of each month unless given ‘pay per’ option. Payments cover the upcoming month and will not be adjusted for early cancellations. No refunds, credits, or transfers for missed/dropped sessions. Private/semi-private/special reservation fees must be paid upfront when scheduling. All classes must be paid prior to attending. All payments will be made on recurring charges to the payment card on file. To cancel recurring charges or to arrange a different payment method/plan please contact us directly.

LATE FEES - Late payment or no payment may result in being removed from the class. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month a $10 late fee will be applied. All classes must be paid prior to participation.

CLASS SIZE - The maximum number will vary depending on age group and class. If classes are full students will temporarily be placed on a wait list.

ATTENDANCE - Students can arrive no more than 15 minutes before class.

WITHDRAWAL/CANCELLATIONS - Participants have up to 24 hours before reserved session to cancel or reschedule a private/semi-private/special reservation. No refunds or credits for no shows and/or cancellations less than 24 hours. To discontinue classes, notification must be made 15 days in advance to avoid recurring charges.

GENERAL - Dynamic Dance Center LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage of any personal property. A signed release waiver must be on file to participate. Photography and videography may be used for advertising and educational purposes. Compensation will not be received or given.

RECOMMENDED JAZZ ATTIRE - Leotard, jazz pant/short, jazz shoes or sole shield foot covering
RECOMMENDED HIP HOP ATTIRE - looser fit dance clothing, clean athletic/hip hop shoes
Water only
Monthly classes will consist of 3-5 classes
